There are MANY famous quotes about the nature of TIME:

- Time waits for no one.
- Lost time is never found again.
- Time is the most valuable thing a man can spend.
And the list goes on.
Yes! Time is the single-most valuable thing that exists. Everyone gets the same amount: 24 hours each day. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
However, something you may not have ever realized before is the tremendous advantage of TIME LEVERAGE available to you when you devote yourself to working a systematic plan.
Surprisingly enough, working a system of LEADS can leverage and multiply your results many, many times over.
Here’s how it works.
Let’s say you work part-time, just 10 hours a week and you connect with 25 leads in that time. At the end of 4 weeks (about a month), you would have worked 40 hours total and connected with 100 new prospects.
Suppose you enroll 5 new reps in that month. (I know that’s a made-up number. You might recruit more or less. But stay with me.)
When those 5 reps begin duplicating your system in the following month, each of them will be working part-time: 10 hours a week. They are each contacting 25 new leads weekly, or 100 for the month.
That means in addition to your 40 hours/month and 100 people you contacted, you also have 5 reps working 40 hours and each contacting 100 people in a month.
5 reps X 40 hours = 200 man hours worked.
5 reps X 100 leads/month contacted = 500 prospects contacted.
If each of them duplicates you and enrolls 5 new reps, you now have an additional 25 reps on your second generation.
Plus you recruited 5 new people personally this month because you kept working your system this month.
Now in addition to yourself, you have 10 personally enrolled reps in this next month who work at duplicating your efforts.
You = 40 hours/month = 100 prospects contacted
10 frontline reps X 40 hours/month = 400 hours = 1000 leads contacted.
25 second generation reps X 40 hours = 1000 hours = 2500 leads contacted.
That’s a total of 1,440 man hours worked and 2600 prospects contacted in that month.
You have LEVERAGED the time and efforts of a team of people. But you yourself are still working the same 10 hours a week.
Now hold on a minute. Obviously, those results are made up. You’ll never ever have perfect duplication. I’m simply doing arithmetic to show you that working a lead system MULTIPLIES the total man hours and total number of prospects that can be contacted when you work an organized business plan of calling leads.
Doesn’t that beat the heck out of having your new recruits wasting time trying to figure out who they’re going to call? You’re keeping them engaged with revenue-generating activities.
