Ron here with some perspective worth noting.

How far you’ve come is less important than how far you can go.

While you may have overcome many obstacles and circumstances in your life to get where you are today, don’t stop. You can still accomplish more.

It’s a wonderful feeling to look back and realize just how far you’ve come to get to this point in your life. In fact, it’s important to celebrate your victories and take encouragement from all you’ve achieved.

Just don’t be complacent about it.

Although you’ve begun to enjoy some success, it is no reason to stop. There’s more in front of you than there is behind you.

You’ve gotten yourself off the launching pad and are starting to fly. But remember that outer space is limitless.

There’s a great lyric from one of America’s best songwriters, Bob Dylan, who said “Those Who Are Not Busy Being Born Are Busy Dying”.

The rules of nature require you to either be increasing or declining. Once a thing stops growing it begins to decay or die.

It’s true of plants, vegetables, flowers, and even mountains. And yes, it’s especially true for people.

It’s also true of levels of success. Once someone begins to rest on their laurels, their success begins to fade.

It is only in the continuous striving for more can one experience growth, and therefore sustained life.

I encourage you to continue in your quest to become better, to become more. Not out of greed, but out of your desire to stretch yourself and achieve your maximum potential.

Ron
